Refund & Billing Policy

This Refund & Billing Policy explains how billing, renewals and refunds work for the paid plans on pdftools.am (the "Service"). It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

1. Plans and pricing

Paid plans, their features and prices are described on our Pricing page. Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout. Applicable taxes may be added depending on your location and the law.

2. Payment

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. By purchasing a plan, you authorize us (through our provider) to charge the applicable amount for the plan and billing period you select.

3. Renewal

Subscription plans may renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will treat the payment method on file as authorized for renewals you have not cancelled.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current paid period. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and the plan does not renew. Cancelling does not, by itself, trigger a refund of the current period except as described below.

5. Refunds

You may request a refund within 14 days of a payment if you have not materially used the paid features in that period, or if a technical problem prevents you from using the Service and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refunds may not be available where: the 14-day window has passed; the paid features have been substantially used; or the request results from a breach of our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are not affected by this policy.

6. How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us through pdftools.am/contact with your account email and the transaction reference. We aim to respond within a reasonable time. Approved refunds may take several business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

7. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can help. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may lead to suspension of your account while the matter is reviewed.

8. Changes

We may update this Refund & Billing Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date below reflects the latest version.
